Commentaire: Le musical est créé à Broadway au Henry Miller’s Theatre le 26 mai 1919, mais doit interrompre ses représentations lorsque l'Actors' Equity fait grève le 19 août. Une fois le différend réglé, il rouvrit au Criterion Theatre le 8 septembre et y resta jusqu’au 11 octobre 1919, après 104 représentations:
